Obituary of ROBERT BERTRUM HAYTER

HAYTER: Peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter on Tuesday, December 22, 2015, Robert "Bob" Bertrum Hayter, of Dashwood, age 84. Beloved husband of Gloria June (Kraft) Hayter. Loved father and father-in-law of John Hayter and friend Judy of Exeter, Kathy (Wells) Hayter of Dashwood, the late Richard Hayter (1995), Jeff Hayter of Toronto and David and Vicki Hayter of Lucan. Cherished grandpa of Matthew and Sharmaine Hayter, Miranda and Ryan Herbert, Melissa and Jeff Campbell, Mackenzie Hayter and Jacob Hayter. Treasured great-grandpa of Ryan, Brianna, Evan, Liam, Rachael, Bennett, Aadan, Kylie and Ashton. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Dorothy Vandahl of Grand Bend, June Hayter of Goderich, Anne Baynham of Oshawa. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by his parents Robert and Bertha (Willert) Hayter, sisters Theada Bruce, Reta Snider, Grace Beavis, brothers T. Harry Hayter, James Hayter, brothers-in-law Joseph Bruce, John Snider, James Beavis, Earl Vandahl, sisters-in-law Frieda Hayter and Barbara Martene. At Bob's request, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood on Thursday, January 7, 2016 from 5 to 8 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church, Dashwood on Friday, January 8, 2016 at 11 a.m. The Rev. John E. Trembulak III Officiating. Interment Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
