Obituary of Donald "Don" Leslie Adams

ADAMS:  Peacefully, at London Health Sciences Centre – Victoria Hospital, London, on Thursday, June 21, 2018, Donald “Don” Leslie Adams of Exeter, one week after his 85th birthday.  Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth “Liz” Jane (Collie) Adams (2012).  Loved father and father-in-law of D. Brock (Dianne) of London, Mark of Nanaimo, BC, Clark (Lindsay) of Calgary, AB.  Loved by his grandchildren Andrew, Dean (Shannon), Colin, Oscar, Zoe and Trixie.  Dear brother and brother-in-law of Harvey and Alanna Adams of Exeter.  Remembered by his special friend June Morenz, nieces, nephews and their families.  Predeceased by his parents Les and Marjorie (Morenz) Adams, infant sister Betty and sister Gloria.  A private family service and Interment will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery, London. Pastor Ryan Jantzi Officiating.  Family and friends are invited to the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 167, Exeter, on Sunday, July 8, 2018 from 1 to 4 p.m. to share memories and honour Don’s life. Don farmed in Hay Township for many years and was a 65 year member of the UA 593 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union, London.  Arrangements entrusted to the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood. If desired, memorial donations (payable by cheque) to the London Health Sciences Foundation or the Zurich Mennonite Church – Youth Fund would be appreciated by the family.
