Family & Friends of the late Glen “FLASH” Kenney . . .
Thinking of you during this very sad time, I am so sorry to learn of Glen’s passing. It was heartwarming to know that he was able to fulfill his two wishes. Glen’s “PRE-Celebration of Life” at the Exeter Legion on Feb.1st was so well attended by so many family, friends, neighbour's & co-workers – he certainly touched so many lives, leaving a profound impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him. The opportunity to attend his “Celebration” gave me a sense of peace just being able to have a quick chit-chat, reminisce stories of the past & say our goodbyes. I have so many great memories of Glen from earlier years working together at Neil’s Turnip Plant - he was an extremely dedicated worker, always on the go, almost running at times, so the nickname “Flash” is fitting for him. Words alone cannot diminish the pain & loss you are feeling at this difficult time, but may it be of some comfort knowing that his memory will forever live on in the stories, laughter & love you all shared with him over the years. His earthly health struggles are over, he is now resting in peace, free from pain.
My sincerest condolences - I wish you comfort, peace, & strength as you move forward in the days ahead.

Glenn's truck broke down once in front of my place. I was working in the garden, he walked over to me, asked me if could use my phone. I recognized him from driving the grader and other equipment in the area. It was lunchtime. I made him a tomato sandwich and gave him a bottle of water while he waited for his ride. Later he brought me a box of chocolates to thank me. So sweet.
