ASHMORE:  Unexpectedly, at  University Hospital – LHSC, London, on Friday, May 9, 2025, Robert “Bob” William Ashmore, of Dashwood, “Smokey Hollow”  age 78.  Beloved partner of the late Margaret Anne “Maggie” (Goudy) Eby (2019) and the late Lorna (Hayter) Ashmore. Loved step-father of Jennifer Eby of Dashwood, Geoff & Bea Eby of Oakville. Loved grandpa of Conor Eby.  Dear brother & brother-in-law of Helen & Gary Gibson of Thamesville, Jill Ashmore of Fort Erie, Michelle Ashmore and  Jim & Nancy Goudy  all of BC and  John Goudy of Toronto.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by his parents Robert & Isabell (McGeachan) Ashmore,  brothers Doug Ashmore, Tom Ashmore and sister Barbara Elliot and her husband Bruce.  At Bobs request cremation will take place and a private family gathering will be held.  Arrangements entrusted to T.
