BAKER: Peacefully, at Seaforth Community Hospital, on Sunday, July 21, 2025, William “Bill” Ruhl Baker, age 90, formerly of Owen Sound, London, Mississauga and Exeter.  Loved father and father-in-law of William “Bill” and Gail Baker of Exeter, Catherine Baker and Shelly Baker of Sherwood Park AB.  Cherished grandfather of Charles, Christopher, Bradley, Jennifer, Jonathan and their families.  Missed by dear sisters Phyllis Cochrane and Patricia Robins of Owen Sound and sisters-in-law Grace Sanders and Ann Keller of London.  Remembered by his many nieces, nephews and their families.  Predeceased by his beloved wife Eulene Rose (Keller) Baker, his parents William “Bill” and Margaret (McIntyre) Baker, siblings Maudie (Ken) Douglas, Evelyn (Pat) McCreavey, Muriel (Jim) Record, Lorraine  (Victor) Eden, Edgerton “Bud” (Verna) Scammel, James Cochrane and Paul Robins, brothers and sisters-in-law Milton (Erlma) Keller, Verda (Jake) Martins, Ada (Earl) Telfer, Lloyd Keller, Eugene Keller, Mervyn (Sue) Keller, Fred Sanders and Lloyd Keller.  At Bill’s request, cremation has taken place and no funeral services will be held.
