HOFFMEYER: Peacefully, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, on Wednesday, September 23, 2015, Labelle Mary (Hill) (Webb) Hoffmeyer, of Northville, age 80. Beloved wife of John D. Hoffmeyer and the late Mervyn R. Webb (1974). Loved mother and mother-in-law of Darlene and David Carter of Grand Bend, the late Sally (2006) and Lee Cummings of Iona, Tom Webb of London, Joy and Andrew Dow of Newmarket. Fondly remembered by John’s children Don and Karen Hoffmeyer of Stratford, Kathy Birkett of Northville and Richard Hoffmeyer (Christine) of Victoria, B.C. Cherished gramma of Blair and Christine Carter, Tyler Carter, Tarin Fortin (Shane), Ryan Cummings (Alicia), Quinn Dow, Cadence Dow and Reese Dow. Treasured great-gramma of Olivia, Anna, Carter, Kinley, Jackson and Nolan. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Velma and Kenny Preszcator of Seaforth, Grace and Terry Shaw of Stratford and Ruth and George Penner of Shakespeare. Remembered by her many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her parents Lawrence and Leita (King) Hill, sisters Doris Pfaff (Allen), Eveleen Jennison (Bob). At Labelle’s request, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood on Sunday, September 27, 2015, from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at the Huron Shores United Church, 25 Main St. W., Grand Bend on Monday, September 28, 2015 at 11 a.m. Interment Grand Bend Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, if desired, memorial donations payable to the South Huron Hospital Foundation or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
