KENNEY: Peacefully, at Chartwell Gardens, Nursing Home, Parkhill, on Sunday, November 27, 2016, Dorothy Ruth (Desjardine) Kenney, formerly of Exeter and RR 2, Crediton, age 87. Beloved wife of the late Cecil Roy “Joe” Kenney (1996). Loved mother and mother-in-law of Pat Case of RR 2, Dashwood and friend Harold Gingerich, Glen Kenney and Linda Quesnel of Exeter. Cherished grandma of Bobbie-Jo, Daniel, Wayne, Terry-Lynn, Helena, Peter and Tina. Remembered by her great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her parents Wilfred and Matilda (Engeland) Desjardine and step-mother Ann, son Donald Kenney (2005), son-in-law Keith Case (2010), brothers Mervyn Desjardine and Leonard Desjardine, sisters Verna MacGregor and Hazel Mason. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation Tuesday, November 29, 2016 from 7 to 9 p.m., where the Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Grand Bend Cemetery, Grand Bend.
