Obituary of Arthur Russell Dadd

DADD:  Peacefully, at Alexandra Marine General Hospital, Goderich, on Friday, May 1, 2020, Arthur “Art” Russell Dadd of Harbour Hill Retirement Home,Goderich formerly of Glencoe and Bayfield, age 96.  Beloved husband of 67 years to the late Zoe Carolyn (Lavender) Dadd (2016).  Loved father and father-in-law of Rosemary and John Crosthwaite of Bayfield, Richard Dadd of Clinton, Fairleigh and Pete Landry of Wallaceburg, Laural Russell of Exeter. Cherished grandpa of Pierre Crosthwaite, Jill Crosthwaite, Jason Dadd, Jessie Dadd, Kyle Munroe, Amy Munroe, Nicole Russell, Michelle Russell. Dear brother-in-law of Adrian and Mary Lavender of London.  Predeceased by his parents Aubrey and Pearl (Soules) Dadd, brother Ransom Dadd, an infant brother and sister Fairley Marten.  At Art’s request, cremation has taken place. Plans for a celebration of life will be deferred until such time as people may gather safely. If desired, memorial donations (payable by cheque) to St. Andrew’s United Church, Bayfield or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.  Arrangements entrusted to the T.
