Merrill and I and all our family are sending you our deepest sympathy for Marlene's illness and death. Such a tragic loss for you, your families and all your friends and neighbours at such a difficult time. Marlene was such a kind and thoughtful person. You and she did so much for us to make our cottage a second home. And Marlene was so creative in making gluten-free food for Merrill. When this pandemic is over, I hope we will be able to see you in person. In the meantime, please know that we are sending our thoughts and best wishes for you to find some comfort in this time of grief.

She was such a special lady. Never selfish and always gave. She and her husband made coming to the cottage extra special. Then the day we dreaded and the Sitko cottage was sold. It was our last trip to take back items with us and she invited us to sup with them, her cooking was so good and we all gained more than a little weight. I believe this to be the memories myself and all who were there would like remember. God be with you Marlene and our deepest condolences to the all of the family.
