She will be missed by her many friends that she loved so dearly. The World needs more Glenna Sniders. Glenna had a knack for recognizing the special goodness in all of the people she met. She realized that one size didn't necessarily fit all; she was confident in her faith and outlook but she embraced the diversity of others without judgment. Glenna was the embodiment of The Golden Rule. Glenna gave; her ability to support and nourish those in need, be them friends or total strangers, is a gift she gave genuinely and selflessly. Glenna had many passions in life. Foremost was her boundless love for family, her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Glenna's devotion to family even touched her ancestors through her meticulous attention to preserving their memory and sharing their life's contributions with others. Her cherished cavalier dogs. Her beloved friends both near and far; distance didn't diminish the light of Glenna's friendship. Glenna loved to travel for fun as well as for a purpose. Whether soaking up the sun on a Caribbean cruise, or the tireless commitment she gave to building a school and offering much needed dental health to children in Africa, Glenna loved to experience what the World could offer. Glenna was the real deal. Her enduring words: "don't sweat the small stuff." At Glenna’s request, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of her Life will take place in the spring of 2013, (date and time to be announced). If desired, memorial donations (payable by cheque) to a charity of your choice would be appreciated. T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, entrusted with arrangements.
