Obituary of Glen Louis Rader

RADER, Glen Louis - On Saturday, June 7, 2014, one day after their 50th Wedding Anniversary, Glen peacefully passed away at London Health Sciences – Victoria Hospital, at the age of 72. Beloved husband of Marilyn Helen Marie (Desjardine) Rader. Loved father and father-in-law of Heather Evans of Dashwood, Allen and Lisa Rader of Lucan. Cherished grandpa of Kyle Evans, Alissa Rader and Nathan Rader. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Darlene and Jim Lynn of RR 2, Zurich and Ethel Desjardine of Exeter. Glen will be remembered by his nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by his parents Lloyd and Rosie (Willert) Rader, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Aileen and Harold Brown, Wilmer Desjardine, Ron and Georgina Desjardine. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood on Monday, June 9, 2014 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. where the Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 2 p.m. Rev. James R. Scholz Officiating. Interment Zion Lutheran Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations (payable by cheque) to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Zion Lutheran Church or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
