Obituary of Kenneth Salmon Anderson
ANDERSON: Suddenly at his winter residence in St. Petersburg, Florida, on Tuesday, February 22, 2000, Kenneth “Ken” Salmon Anderson of Turnbull’s Grove North, R. R. #1, Dashwood, formerly of London and St. Marys, in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Shirley E. (Walkom) Anderson and the late Doreen (Mathews) Anderson (1985). Loving father of Shirley and Paul Hazelwood of Sarnia. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Michael Hazelwood of Vancouver, Wendy and Dan Bellyk of Sarnia, and great-grandchildren Joshua and Alysia Bellyk. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Shirley and Don Balch, Barbara and Terry Cluney and Ruth White all of London, Roger and Pauline Lingier of London, Everett and Peg Walkom of Mitchell, Jim and Carol Walkom of Aylmer. Also will be missed by his nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Edna (Salmon) Anderson and brother Ronald Anderson. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation Friday afternoon and evening; where the Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2000 at 11 a.m. The Rev. Robt. Peebles officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery, London. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of choice would be appreciated. Ken retired from Kellogg’s of London after 31 years of employment.
