LOBBAN: Peacefully, surrounded by his family, at London Health Sciences Centre, University Campus, on Friday, March 3, 2000, Fraser Gordon Lobban of Grand Bend, formerly of Windsor, in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Yvonne May (Robinson) Lobban. Loved father of Sandra and Dan Dalton of R.R.#2, Grand Bend, Steve Lobban and Annette Byrne of Windsor. Loving grandpa of Kelly and Anna Dalton of London and Rochelle Dalton of Garden City, Kansas. Dear great-grampa of Connor Dalton. Will also be missed by his sister Evelyn Garbutt of Smiths Falls and nephew Dan Garbutt of Ottawa. Visitation for family and friends will be held at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood (519-237-3532) on Monday, from 7-9 p. m. A private family service will be held at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 7, 2000. Pastor Elly Van Bergen officiating. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of choice would be appreciated. Mr. Lobban was an accomplished Trumpet player and was active in the Mocha Temple Shrine Band, Exeter Legion Community Band, South Huron High School Jazz Band, Dashwood -Seaforth Band, and previously with the R.C.A.F. Streamliners Orchestra.
