BEST: Suddenly, at her residence, on Sunday, December 30, 2001, Lillian Ruth (Pyke) Best of Grand Bend, formerly of Toronto, in her 76th year. Beloved wife of Alvin John Best. Loved mother and mother-in-law of David and Janice Best of Grand Bend. Loving grandma of Laura and Marina. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Jennie and Al Mowatt of Palmerston, Ed and Loretta Pyke of Toronto, Fred and Mary Pyke of Hillcrest Mines, Alberta. Loved by her nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her parents Walter and Jennie (Ash) Pyke. By Lillian’s request their will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation, with family memorial service in the Spring.
