HARVEY: Suddenly, but peacefully, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, Monday, October 13, 2003, Mary Margaret (Emigh) Harvey, of Southcott Pines, Grand Bend, in her 77th year. Beloved wife of William Lee “Bill” Harvey. Loved mother of Bill Harvey of Chatham, Mark Harvey and companion Kathy Fisher of Courtright and the late Kenneth William Harvey (1953). Loved by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Loved sister-in-law of Jack and Glenna Douglas of Guelph, Bob and Phylis Douglas of Sarnia. Predeceased by her brothers Clair and Jack Emigh, sister-in-law Nancy Dlugasz, brothers-in-law Peter Harvey and Jim Douglas, parents Martin and Jenevera (Baird) Emigh and mother-in-law Virgina (Lee) Douglas. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation Wednesday, 6 to 9 p.m.; where the Funeral Service will be held Thursday, October 16, 2003 at 1 p.m. The Rev. Harry Disher officiating. Private family interment Hillview Cemetery, Woodstock. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or charity of choice would be appreciated. Mary was past president of the Kinnettes of Chatham and the Huron Country Playhouse Guild, past member of the I.O.D.E. in Woodstock, Chatham and Goderich, former member of Maycourt of Chatham, member of the Southcott Pines Association, served on the Board of Stewards of Grand Bend United Church, an active golfer at Oakwood and Widder Station.
