Obituary of Gerry Love

LOVE:  At home in the arms of his wife of 54 years, on Thursday, November 2, 2017, Gerald “Gerry” M. Love of Grand Bend, in his 78th year.  Loving husband and partner of Brenda Jane (Mollard) Love.  Loved father of Paul and Jane Love, Heather Dickey, Brent and Marilyn Love.  Cherished grandpa of Trevor Love, Kyle Dickey and Sarah Dickey.  Dear brother-in-law of Eric and Betty Ann Mollard, Peter and Judy Mollard and Betty Love.  Remembered by his nieces, nephews and their families.  Predeceased by his parents Colin and M. Fern (Gill) Love, brothers Morley and Glenn.  Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood with visitation on Sunday, November 5, 2017 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. where the Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 6, 2017 at 11 a.m.  The Rev. Susan Moore Officiating.  Interment Grand Bend Cemetery.  Gerry and Brenda farmed together for 46 years in Stephen Township.  He was a former delivery driver for Russell’s ESSO and Dave Moore Fuels.   If desired, memorial donations (payable by cheque) to One Care - Adult Day Care Program, Grand Bend or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
