Obituary of Summer Hoffman-Menard

Hoffman-Menard, Summer Andrea Marie

On Tuesday, July 2nd, 2024, Summer Andrea Marie Hoffman-Menard, took her last breath on Mother Earth in Ramara Township, Ontario. Her passing was sudden and unexpected.

In her 29 years, Summer will be remembered most for her carefree nature, adventurous heart and her deep connection to Mother Earth. She loved to hike barefoot and enjoyed it most when her 8 year old son Grey, her pride and joy, was by her side. She expressed her creativity best while wood burning and gifted most of her work to loved ones. Summer was a great listener with a calming presence and generously shared her time and energy to those who needed her. You will now find her wildflower spirit in everything beautiful around you.

Summer will be deeply missed by her 8-year-old son Grey Ford-Menard, mother Kathleen Wabegijig, father Rob (Darlene) Hoffman, sisters Shaelyn, Jessica and Rayne, stepfather Doug Noganosh, grandparents Bob (Linda), Anmarie (Dave), Aunt Karen and cousins, Aunt Kim (Todd) and cousins, Uncle Tim (Cathy) and cousins, Uncle Ted (Kim) and cousins, Mason and many extended family and friends.  Fondly remembered by Kristjen Warren.  Predeceased by grandparents Karen, Butch, and Ray, great-grandparents Harry and Maud (Bolton) Hoffman and Ward and Norma (Heffernan) Kraft. The love she shared with you will never die.
